Whether you can give time, skills, money, or simply share the idea, every form of support moves the project forward. Citizens Ratification Inc. (CRI) exists solely as a temporary, private, non-governmental, nonpartisan nonprofit corporation whose exclusive purpose is to develop, promote, and support the passage and full implementation of the Citizens Ratification Amendment. All contributions of every kind—financial, professional, volunteer, educational, legislative, or informational—advance that single mission and are received and applied strictly in accordance with CRI’s governing bylaws and the constitutional design of the Amendment itself. 01.01 FINANCIAL SUPPORT Citizens Ratification Inc. (CRI) is a temporary nonpartisan nonprofit. All service is voluntary. No officer, stakeholder, or volunteer receives salary, wage, or benefit from CRI funds. Donations are accepted solely to further the development, promotion, and support of the passage and implementation of the Citizens Ratification Amendment. Every dollar received is applied exclusively to that mission. CRI maintains no payroll, issues no compensation of any kind, and distributes no net earnings to any officer, stakeholder, volunteer, or private individual. Annual disclosure of all donations received and all expenditures made is published on the official CRI website in accordance with applicable nonprofit transparency requirements. Funds are non-refundable. Upon the automatic dissolution of CRI—triggered ninety days after the President confirms that all six CRB implementation milestones have been met—any remaining assets are donated in full to qualified charitable organizations. No portion of any donation may ever be diverted to purposes outside the sole mission of advancing the Amendment. 01.02 CORPORATE SPONSORSHIP Corporate sponsors are welcome. Sponsorship packages are available. Contact CRI for full package details and inquiries. Corporate entities that share the nonpartisan objective of restoring the continuing consent of the governed through the Citizens Ratification Amendment may participate through structured sponsorship arrangements. Available packages are designed to provide recognition and educational visibility while remaining fully consistent with CRI’s bylaws, its prohibition on compensation to any individual, and its absolute limitation to the single purpose of advancing the Amendment. Sponsorship funds are treated identically to individual donations: they are applied exclusively to mission-related costs, are subject to the same annual public disclosure, and become part of the residual assets that will be donated to charity upon CRI’s automatic dissolution. No sponsorship creates any right of influence over content, strategy, or messaging. Volunteers are identified internally with anonymous participation IDs. No full personal identifying information is required or stored beyond what is needed for coordination. CRI maintains an open invitation for qualified individuals to contribute time and skill on either a remote or local basis. Roles may include research support, educational material preparation, outreach coordination, technical assistance, and other tasks that further the sole mission of developing and promoting the Citizens Ratification Amendment. All service is strictly voluntary; no volunteer receives salary, wage, stipend, or any other form of compensation or benefit from CRI funds. To protect privacy, each volunteer is assigned an internal anonymous participation identifier. Full personal identifying information is neither required nor retained beyond the minimum necessary for secure coordination and task assignment. Volunteers hold no governance authority, possess no voting rights, and cannot bind the organization. Elevation to Voting Stakeholder status, if ever considered, occurs solely by unanimous decision of the existing Voting Officers and Voting Stakeholders in accordance with the bylaws. All volunteer activity ceases automatically upon CRI’s dissolution. 01.04 AMPLIFY AND SHARE Share official videos, graphics, one-pagers, and talking points. Follow social-media guidelines and help spread accurate information. Accurate public understanding of the Citizens Ratification Amendment is essential. CRI produces and maintains official videos, graphics, one-pagers, talking points, and related educational materials that explain the Amendment’s text, the three-strike rule, the ten-percent participation threshold, the Master Law Library, the limited character of the Citizens Ratification Branch, and the dual-track ratification path. These materials are made available for free public use. Supporters are encouraged to share only the official versions so that the information remains precise and consistent with the authoritative Amendment text. Social-media guidelines issued by CRI emphasize factual accuracy, nonpartisan tone, and clear attribution to the source documents. Personal commentary is welcome provided it does not alter or misrepresent the Amendment’s actual provisions. By amplifying only verified materials, supporters help ensure that public discussion remains grounded in the constitutional design rather than speculation. 01.05 LEGISLATIVE ADVOCACY Contact state legislators. Use dual-track path materials (state legislatures and Convention of States). Report progress through official channels. The preferred ratification strategy is dual-track: simultaneous pursuit of formal applications and ratification through the legislatures of the several states and, where appropriate, a Convention of States limited exclusively to the Citizens Ratification Amendment. CRI supplies prepared dual-track path materials, model language, and talking points that accurately reflect the final authoritative text of the Amendment and the six implementation milestones that trigger CRI’s automatic dissolution. Citizens and volunteers may contact their state legislators to request introduction or support of the necessary resolutions and ratification measures. All advocacy must remain strictly nonpartisan and limited to the text and purpose of the Amendment itself. Progress—whether introduction of resolutions, committee hearings, floor votes, or formal applications—should be reported through the official channels maintained by CRI so that the national effort can be accurately tracked and coordinated. No advocate is authorized to negotiate changes to the Amendment text or to bind CRI in any manner. 01.06 EDUCATIONAL OUTREACH TOOLS Homeschool and family materials, church and civic presentation packages, and classroom discussion guides are being developed for free public use. CRI is preparing a suite of educational outreach tools designed for free public distribution. These include age-appropriate homeschool and family materials that explain the principle of continuing consent of the governed, the structure of the Citizens Ratification Branch, and the practical operation of the three-strike rule and Master Law Library; presentation packages suitable for churches, civic organizations, and community groups; and classroom or discussion guides that present the Amendment’s text and safeguards in neutral, factual form. All materials are written to the highest standard of accuracy, draw exclusively from the authoritative Amendment text and supporting white papers, and contain no partisan framing. Once finalized and released, they will be available without charge through the official CRI website. The goal is to equip ordinary citizens, families, educators, and civic leaders with clear, self-contained resources that enable informed discussion of the Amendment without requiring specialized legal training. 01.07 MEDIA AND PRESS Press contact information, interview requests, and media-kit contents are available through the official channels listed on the site. Members of the press and media organizations seeking accurate information about the Citizens Ratification Amendment, Citizens Ratification Inc., or the proposed Citizens Ratification Branch may obtain the current press contact information, submit interview or speaking requests, and request the contents of the official media kit through the channels published on the CRI website. The media kit contains the final authoritative Amendment text, key white papers, organizational facts concerning CRI’s temporary character and automatic dissolution, and verified biographical information concerning the President. All official statements are confined to the text of the Amendment and the documented governance of CRI. No spokesperson is authorized to expand, interpret, or alter the constitutional provisions. Timely, factual responses are provided so that public reporting remains precise and free of speculation. 01.08 SUPPORT FAQ Donations support only the temporary work of CRI. CRI automatically dissolves 90 days after the CRB is fully implemented. No compensation is paid to anyone involved. Support is not currently structured as tax-deductible in all cases; check current status with CRI. Additional clarifications drawn from the governing documents: Donations and sponsorships are applied exclusively to the costs of developing, promoting, and supporting passage and implementation of the Citizens Ratification Amendment; they never fund salaries, benefits, or any personal gain. Full implementation of the Citizens Ratification Branch is defined by six concrete milestones: (1) ratification of the Amendment by thirty-eight states, (2) appointment of the CRB Director and at least fifty percent of the state Board Members, (3) CRB Portal in testing with authentication and Library/Sentinel access, (4) Master Law Library fully operational, (5) Sentinel summarizing measures, and (6) a pilot ratification vote achieving ten-percent participation. Once the President confirms all six milestones, CRI enters a ninety-day wind-down, pays remaining obligations, cancels contracts, donates residual assets to qualified charities, posts public notice, and ceases to exist permanently; rebranding or continuation is prohibited. No officer, Voting Stakeholder, non-voting stakeholder, or volunteer receives any form of compensation from CRI funds at any time. Tax treatment of contributions depends on current federal and state law and CRI’s formal tax status at the time of the gift; prospective donors should verify the present status directly with CRI before claiming any deduction.
