CRI exists only until the six implementation milestones of the permanent Citizens Ratification Branch are confirmed; thereafter it dissolves automatically, donates residual assets to charity, and ceases to exist. All information on this page is drawn exclusively from the authoritative master reference and the signed governing documents. 08.01 FOUNDER BACKGROUND President Jeff Gunson (USAF Ret.) leads Citizens Ratification Inc. He has committed his efforts to restoring the enduring consent of the governed through a carefully limited constitutional amendment and a permanent, neutral fourth branch of government. Jeff Gunson is a retired United States Air Force veteran and former Federal Aviation Administration electronics specialist. He enlisted in the USAF on November 7, 1981, and retired on November 30, 2005, after twenty-four years of service specializing in aircraft avionics and electronic systems. His deployments and operations include Honduras (1984), Operation Desert Storm in Iraq (1991), Operation Joint Guard in Bosnia (1996), Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan (2001), and Operation Iraqi Freedom in Iraq (2003). Additional service activities encompassed airborne firefighting, hurricane relief, cargo transportation, and aircraft ground-crew operations. Following military retirement he served with the Federal Aviation Administration from 2005 to 2018 in advanced aviation technology and was one of only twelve nationally certified specialists for Power Systems at the Los Angeles Air Route Traffic Control Center. He earlier founded and led a technology company from 1995 to 2000. Development of the Citizens Ratification Amendment began in 2018. The project focuses exclusively on restoring structured, continuous citizen oversight of laws, executive orders, and regulations while fully preserving the existing constitutional structure of representative government. No other contact information is authorized. 08.03 SOCIAL LINKS Official social channels and shareable materials are maintained through the project website and will be updated as outreach expands. All official communications originate from the contact information listed above. Any social-media presence, shareable graphics, videos, or one-pagers released under the CRI, CRA, or CRB name are controlled through the official website and must originate from, or be expressly authorized by, the contact channels listed in 08.02. Supporters are encouraged to amplify only official materials so that public discussion remains accurate and consistent with the locked Amendment text. Personal commentary is welcome provided it does not alter or misrepresent the constitutional provisions. 08.04 NONPARTISAN STATEMENT Citizens Ratification Inc. is strictly nonpartisan. The Citizens Ratification Amendment and the future Citizens Ratification Branch are designed to serve all citizens equally, without regard to political party, ideology, or affiliation. The sole purpose is to restore and secure the continuing consent of the governed while fully preserving the structure of representative government. CRI accepts no partisan alignment, endorses no candidate or party, and frames every educational and advocacy effort solely around the text of the Amendment and the principle of continuing consent. The future Citizens Ratification Branch is constitutionally required to remain neutral; its Director, Board, contractors, and Sentinel AI are forbidden to favor any political viewpoint. The project’s design—jurisdiction-specific selections, majority rule among participants, severe anti-tampering penalties, and mandatory Treasury funding with no external revenue—exists to serve every American citizen equally. 08.05 PRIVACY PRACTICES CRI is committed to protecting the privacy of all volunteers and supporters. Volunteers are identified internally using anonymous participation IDs (combinations of initials and randomly assigned numbers). No full legal names, addresses, or biometric data are required, stored, or distributed beyond what is strictly necessary for coordination. These IDs are used solely for internal coordination and integrity tracking, are not linked to private records, and may be changed or deleted at the volunteer’s request. CRI never shares volunteer or supporter data with campaigns, commercial entities, or external organizations. The privacy policy is absolute. CRI collects and retains only the minimum information required for secure task assignment and internal coordination. Full personal identifying information is neither demanded nor stored. Anonymous participation identifiers may be altered or permanently deleted upon the volunteer’s request. No volunteer or supporter data is ever shared with political campaigns, commercial entities, or any external organization. These practices remain in force until CRI’s automatic dissolution, at which point all residual data-handling obligations are extinguished with the corporation itself.
