04 – CRI

Citizens Ratification Inc. is the temporary nonpartisan nonprofit corporation currently working to develop, promote, and secure passage of the Citizens Ratification Amendment. It is private, non-governmental, and designed to dissolve automatically once its mission is complete.

04.01 What Is CRI

Temporary private nonprofit vehicle.

04.02 Sole Mission

Develop, promote, and support the Amendment. Nothing else.

04.03 Temporary Nature and Automatic Dissolution

Dissolves 90 days after six milestones are confirmed. No rebranding allowed.

04.04 Governance Structure

Three unpaid Voting Officers + up to 10 Voting Stakeholders. Unanimous approval required for key decisions. No one is paid.

04.05 Bylaws and Appendix Notes

Signed bylaws + 12 clarifying notes. Enforce temporary status and zero compensation.

04.06 Dissolution Process

Pay bills, cancel contracts, donate assets to charity, public notice, attorney compliance.

CRI is temporary advocacy. CRB is permanent constitutional branch.
